Beach Day!
It was nearly in the hundreds here earlier this week so we took advantage and raced to the beach. Here are some pics and video of Addison's day. In the pictures she is striking some cute poses which are actually her doing the itsy bitsy spider. The first video is her playing in the water and the second is of her in hot pursuit of some seagulls. The girl loves birds. Enjoy!

She kept breathing hard tonight. I thought it was cute. We've been watching a lot of the Olympics (she LOVES beach volleyball) and I wonder if she's seen the runners breathing at the end of the races....who knows????

We're not dead!!!
Oh my gosh...I don't even know where to begin! How about.....BABIES ARE A LOT OF WORK!!! Yeah...that's a good place. ha ha. And your response should be, "Duh, Casey." Well, we have been having an absolute blast with Addison. She has hardly left me minute to use the computer, much less enough time to post on this blog. I see that I am going to have to do this in a "hit it when I can" strategy. I have so many pictures and stories I want to put up. I think I will post this video I took of her today that encompasses what she's doing now, and then I'll slowly post the older stuff that I think might be of interest. So the video in this post is us goofing around with a little stuffed Rhino. She was actually laughing HYSTERICALLY until her face was literally red, before this video, but I wanted to get that on the big video camera. But you can see her pull herself up, stand, take a couple steps and say ma....which seems to be all of her major accomplishments as of now. What can I say, she works well on cue.
